What is "super3d"?
T13 is simply an abbreviation for Titan13. We first started using it in our videosin early 2024 - and it quickly became popular within our community as thebrand began to go viral.
Over time, fans started calling our figures "T13s", and it became part of ouridentity. But remember: T13 doesn't mean a generic style of figure - it meansit's an official Titanl3 product.
Every T13 figure you see here on titan13toy.com is either fully created by us orthe result of a collaboration where we've made our own improvements oradaptations.
If it's outside this website, it's not an official T13 - and we can't guarantee ithas the quality, style, or spirit of the originals you love.

Can I make a return?
Yes, you can return items within 30 days of receiving them if they're unused andin their original condition.

Can I customize my figure?
Absolutely! Our figures feature fully interchangeable parts, allowing you to mixand match every component for endless customization. This makes them perfectfor creating unique poses and designs.
How long does shipping take?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. For credit or debit cardpayments, funds will be transferred to your card-issuing bank within 10business days after we receive your returned item or process your cancellationrequest. Please contact your card-issuing bank for information on when thecredit will be posted to your account.
If your refund has not yet been credited, please reach out to your bank or creditcard company, as processing times may vary.
Do the figures come assembled?
Yes, our figures come pre-assembled, as they should be.Unlike imitations, we believe in providing our customers with ready-to-useproducts of the highest quality from the moment they receive them.

How long does it take to prepare an order?
